1. What You’re Getting

Every HeartSong is written and produced from scratch, inspired by your unique love story. You’ll receive a professionally produced digital recording and lyric sheet — crafted with care and made to last.

Your HeartSong begins once your purchase is complete and your story form is submitted. We'll guide you through both steps — and handle the rest from there.

2. What You Can Do With Your Song (Personal Use)

You’re welcome to:

Play it at your wedding

Share it on social media

Include it in a personal video

Keep it as a digital or printed keepsake

3. What You Can’t Do (Commercial Use)

To protect the creative work, the following uses aren’t permitted without a separate agreement:

Streaming or uploading to music platforms

Using in ads, marketing, or business videos

Re-recording or adapting with another artist

Licensing or selling the song

Claiming authorship or copyright

HeartMusic Studio retains full ownership of the music and lyrics.

However, if your song is ever commercially released or licensed by a recording artist or label, you'll receive 20% of HeartMusic’s publishing share as the original commissioner.

4. Turnaround Time, Revisions, and Delivery

Custom songs are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks of booking.

Each song includes a lyric review phase, during which light revisions may be requested. One additional round of minor adjustments is included. Further revisions or major changes may incur a fee.

Please note: we’re unable to begin your song until your questionnaire is submitted.

Final files are delivered in high-quality MP3 and WAV formats, along with a PDF of the lyrics.
